Fee Schedule

The customer is at liberty to request a flat rate. However, the price will remain the same whether the actual hours are above or below the original estimate at job completion.

Design Concepts will provide a proposal. Upon acceptance, both parties will sign this estimate, in conjunction with a contractual agreement.

Design Concepts requires a 50% deposit before the start date and the remaining 50% upon job completion. Payment plans are negotiable.

Change orders are free of charge up to two change orders. If the customer requests changes after the two have been allotted there will be a $50.00 fee for each additional change order.
